In addition to using a print driver like all other manufacturers,  Xenetech has native software that has pioneered many recent industry features:  Center/Center engraving,  Bottom Up engraving,  Seal mode, etc.

Two year standard warranty and, recently, an unheard-of lifetime warranty was announced for the rails/bearings system.
