Randy, Marci, Abigail, Emily

Randy Allen handles technical support, installation, training, service/troubleshooting, sales and monthly beginners' user clinics at the Engraving Concepts Learning Center, in Arlington, Texas.

While still relatively new on the sales side of engraving equipment and supplies, he is not new to the
engraving industry.  In fact, he was involved in training exercises and seminars back in the TDMA days of the 1990's.

His background includes digitizing logos and award shows for LogoFAX International, Inc., before taking a break from the industry  to earn his college degree. Randy holds a Marketing Degree from Tarleton State University with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems.

Randy was nominated for ARA's  "Sales Rep of the Year" Award in 2003 (the first year that award was presented).

Randy lives in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with his wife Marci, and two beautiful baby girls -- Abigail Catherine and Emily Elizabeth.

Abigail was born in March 17, 2004, and Emily was born on November 10, 2005. He greatly enjoys his time with his family but still loves to get out on the road to meet customers and prospects!
